The 11 official Disney Princess

After having confirmed as the 11th official Disney Princess, with an original based of Disney & Pixar. I, Merida created a community blog for us, the 11 princesses to talk about our lives, stories, cultures, thoughts... We are not ordinary people, we are created and we are story characters. It is very lovely we are always respected but we what we all have in common - controversial. As a story character, I would like to have a blog here to let every official Disney Princesses jump out of their Disney movie and fairy tales and have the say for everything about the controversies around us - woman issues, racisms, cultures... I love freedom and so does every Princess. Our lives are trapped in the stories - that we are created by men, like me, my live story is Brave - but is not my life, out of the story I can have lots of different stories. And this is a space that we can actually have a chance to relate ourselves to one another, to the society, to the world and actually being "ALIVE"! In here, we are no longer story characters anymore, we are alive! We are "real" people! This place is the only place that we don't have to be a princess and be free!

Hi again! So I'm Merida. As I said, I love freedom, I have a story made up: Brave. But I do really agree with a line "Fate be changed, look inside. Mend the bond, torn by pride!"

Rapunzel

Oh hello...so...haha! I am Rapunzel...Rapunzel Fitzherbert. I am not kinda like to go over telling people about me cause is a very very very loooooooong story! If you don't know me...well you shouldn't (:P hah) go and watch "Tangled", it is interesting!

Lol I was just kidding! I am very glad to know you! You are all so charming and beautiful! Well, everyone is! Basically, I don't really care about that I am a character or not or how people judge me, as long as I know I have people who love me and know me deeply and that I am living happily everyday! I am satisfied! Like now, I am popular, I have my family, I have Eugeneeeeeee <3 yohoooo I love him, I have my friends and lots of people and children out there are happy seeing Rapunzel!!! I am very happy now, yeah! So I am very easy actually!

So...I am not really a literal person, I don't write a lot (but I do love and read a lot though, like Belle does), I am more of a picture person. Well...so...hooo...I'll show you some of my...pictures, perhaps!

Haha so when I was locked in the tower I normally do crazy stuffs - look what I did to Pascal haha he didn't seem to like it very much /: hahahaha but I did sewed all that up!!!!

Well...I have thought of like an hour and I decide to show the picture of me having a SHORT HAIR! Yup I am having short hair now! Well MY HAIR IS NOT ALWAYS LONG! Is not mean that I am not beautiful after all! Yes? Oh yes I should explain what this thing is - is umm...my first kiss with Eugene :D after he saved me (:

Ariel

Here are Sebastian and Flounder!!

Hej! I am Ariel, I am Danish! I love to explore everything in the human world and up above but I love my family as well! I have a child, Melody. I was slightly rebellious when I was young, making my dad worried about me as I just so much want to go up there. I married Philip and after that very soon, I had Melody. She's just like me, curious, innocent, wanting to explore things that she never seen - she wanted to go under the sea. At the end of the day, after her experience in the sea with my friends, meeting...uh...oh my god...URSULA and her whatsoever sistER - I don't care! She united the kingdom with the sea and the human world! This is so amazing! I am so glad meeting you all lovely princesses here now, that I am either mermaid or human, and thanks so much for caring about me and telling me stuffs about the human world! This is so cool.

And one more thing, all of you are very kind - thanks for asking, always - I am fine in the human world so far, don't worry!

Cinderella

Hello, nice to meet you! My name is Cinderella! Well, I bet you have heard about my glass slipped story, well that's not only my story, it's your story and my friend's story too! If you haven't watch Cinderella 2 and 3, you won't know how much did I changed! Haha, anyway, being a wife is just...well, I am satisfied anyway! You know what, after a marriage, you change totally, I used to be a little girl wearing rags and grabbing the broom to do the chores but I never think of being a perfect little wife and that's the point where I started to feel "mature"!

This was still the time I was cleaning up the floor and singing a dream is a wish your heart makes

Snow White

Hello everyone! Nice to meet you! My name is Snow White! The first Disney Princess! You might not know what I've been through, but things around me always is so magical and wonderful...sometimes is hard but the better times are always coming! I love meeting new friends and I love my life after my marriage! Friends always makes you forget about your sorrows and love heals every pain! 

Do you know Grumpy? Haha he appears to be stubborn and he is grumpy all the time, but you never know he do cares about me and likes me a lot! Haha!

And Dopey. Well, haha he is so funny and so adorable! He is the youngest of the dwarfs. I am sure you will like him too!

They are all very unique and I really had a great time with them always. And all the animals in the forest - haha I just love them! They are all my friends! You are my friend too and I would like to know more about you! Do you have any other friends? 

I met Aurora yesterday, she is so a nice person, she is pretty and she has a sweet voice. She is the 3rd Disney Princess. I have heard from a lot of people saying that she is quiet but she is very sweet girl actually! Haha! I am really having a good time here!

Mulan

Long long time ago in Ancient China, my country, there was a girl named Hua Mulan - in Chinese Character (花木兰). She is a typical daughter, having a father chosen as a solider. She worried sick as her father was too old for the war. When the day came that her father was told to fight for China, she took the biggest risk and courage ever to take his place and go for the war. When it came to the victory, it was also her return but the shock was - no one ever found out her real identity. This girl has really come to a place, becoming a "hero" that Chinese look up to her as a Character to follow. 

Hence - my story is created.

Li Shang and I fell in love and we got married at last in "Mulan 2". I was noted to be a hero and a representative character of feminism in Disney!    

And My Name is Mulan Fa! 

I also have my guardian friends - Mushu and Cricket!

Belle

My aim - read a book (or more) a day

Bonjour! I am Belle, from "Beauty and the Beast". I love reading a lot! I just finish the book about the girl and the giant headed alien being casted the spell and was sent to the world of drifting galaxy! I like meeting people around and I hope that through the blog we can learn ore about one another!

I have done lots of charity work, I speak several languages and I do lots of stuffs!

Hi! I am Jasmine! Well...you know, people always say that I'm really loud, spicy and...pretty hah! Yes I am! I have a very loud voice, I am strong, I am brave, I make a lot more than anyone else may think I am! I am more than a Peacock Princess! I love to do something meaningful, inspiring, constructive. I hate rules! No more stupid arranged marriages anymore! I married with, NOT Prince Ali but Aladdin at the end of the story, I hate the stupid rules...I know this story is not really belong to me but I am the princess in it and I have always been showing people that I am more than a Peacock Princess, I am!!


Tiana

Hi, I am Tiana! I grew up in New Orleans. When I was young my mom always told Charlotte and I about the story of the Frog Prince. My dad always reminded me when I was young that wishing can only take you so far, and you have to get the rest of the way yourself. And that we should never lose sight of what's really important in life. So I did, I grew up, working really really hard to get my restaurant. I worked two jobs as a waitress and soon that when I was almost there, something stopped me again and at the same time I met Prince Naveen (turned into a frog), I kissed him and I turned into a frog...well that was horrible at first but then we fell in love. At last we thought that we would stay in frog but that at last we turned into human and i have my restaurant "Tiana's Palace" and I have Naveen...well, dreams do come true in New Orleans!
